These terms apply when you use wellworthroyalties.com, request a free estimate or agree to receive messages from WellWorth Royalties (“WellWorth,” “we,” “us”). Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Text message program (SMS and WhatsApp)
- Program: WellWorth Royalties estimate updates. If you agree on our estimate request form, we text you about that request: to ask for a photo of your royalty statement, to confirm we received it, to share your free estimate and to answer your questions.
- Message frequency varies, usually a few messages per month while your request is open.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@wellworthroyalties.com.
- Reply STOP to cancel at any time. We will confirm by text, and you will receive no further text messages from us unless you reply START.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of getting an estimate or of any purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Estimates are free and non-binding
Any estimate we give is a free, good-faith valuation based on information available to us, including public production records, and is subject to verification of title, ownership and production. An estimate is not an offer to buy, and requesting one does not obligate you to sell. A purchase happens only if you sign a separate written agreement and deed that contain all disclosures required by the law of your state. What we buy is your mineral or royalty interest; we never describe a sale as a “lease.”
No professional advice
We are not attorneys, accountants or financial advisors, and nothing on this site or in our messages is legal, tax or investment advice. You are welcome to review any offer with your own advisors or family, and there is never a deadline from our side to decide.
Your information
You agree to give us accurate information and to send us only documents you have the right to share. You must be at least 18 years old to request an estimate.
Use of the site
The site and its content are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, WellWorth is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our messages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law of your state that cannot be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date. Changes to the text message program will not apply to you without your consent.
